2011 RATES: New tariffs applicable from 01-Jan-2011, as set out below. We have moved from a 'session' charge (with a minimum charge of 1 half-session) to an 'hourly' charge (with a minimum charge of 2 hours). 

HOURLY RATES (minimum hire is 2 hours)

£   7.50 / hr ... Regular bookings ('regular' is typically 12 hirings a year, or more) 
£   9.00 / hr ... Charities / Not-for Profit
£ 12.00 / hr ... Private Hire (excluding Weddings - see below)
£ 15.00 / hr ... Trade

All bookings of 5 hours or more attract a 10% discount on the whole booking price.

BOOKINGS SPANNING MORE THAN ONE DAY

For these, the 'day rate' is charged as 15 hours and the charge period is 9:00 am to midnight. 

Example: A private party on a Saturday night wanting to set up from 4:00 pm on Saturday and clear up on Sunday morning, vacating by 11:00 am. This would be charged as 8 hours on Saturday (4:00 pm to midnight) and 2 hrs on Sunday (9:00 am to 11:00 am). Total 10 hours @ £12 = £120, less 10% discount is £108. (plus Supplements for kitchen and crockery - see below).

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS (less than 48 hrs notice) attract a 50% discount.

WEDDINGS - will be charged at a fixed 'Wedding weekend' fee of £350, which hires the Hall from Friday 2:00 pm through to Sunday 1:00 pm.

SUPPLEMENTS

Supplements for use of kitchens (waived in the case of Charities / not-for-profit)

• £ 30.00 ... Use of Main Kitchen for preparation / serving of food or drink
• £ 15.00 ... Use of Bar Kitchen for serving food or alcohol
• No charge for Bar Kitchen if only using for soft drinks / teas / coffees.

Supplements for use of matching crockery (applicable to all hirers)

• £ 15.00 ... up to 50 place settings
• £ 30.00 ... more than 50 place settings
